Kevin focuses his practice on the preparation and filing of U.S. trademark and international trademark applications to protect your brands.  He assists non-profit organizations with the proper corporate structure and aids in the preparation and filing of 501(c) applications as well as navigating their federal and state law requirements. Additionally, Kevin assists with the preparation of private equity financing documents such as, Private Placement Memorandums, Subscription Agreements, Convertible Notes, and preparing and submitting the appropriate federal and state security filings.

He received his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1998, his M.S. from Boston College in 2002, and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005. He is licensed in Ohio and New York.
